The HSS Youth Summit Conference (HYSC) , a three-day event conducted by O-Level Gulshan, was a truly one-of-a-kind experience and marked a historic milestone for Headstart School System. Students from Grades 8 to 11 participated as delegates, coming together to discuss, collaborate, and devise thoughtful solutions to real-life challenges. The conference was the brainchild of Aayan Ashraf, the General Secretary, whose vision and leadership laid the foundation for this initiative.
What made the summit especially remarkable was the immense hard work and dedication of the students, who were involved in planning and executing the event the first of its kind in HSS history. From conceptualizing ideas to managing sessions and coordination, students demonstrated responsibility, teamwork, and leadership beyond the classroom. The summit not only empowered delegates to think critically and voice their perspectives but also showcased the potential of student-led initiatives in shaping meaningful learning experiences.
