The Lead Like a Spartan session — a signature leadership program designed for our Grade IX–X students — recently wrapped up its first round across Clifton Campus and O-Level Gulshan Campus, leaving our young Spartans inspired, motivated, and ready to lead.
Anchored in the values represented by our proud mascot, the Spartan, this after-school leadership initiative focused on strengthening essential soft skills such as communication,collaboration, emotional intelligence, resilience, and critical thinking — qualities that define not just great students, but future leaders.
Through a blend of interactive activities, role plays, real-life leadership scenarios, and reflective iscussions, students learned how to lead with confidence, stay composed under pressure, and work as a team toward shared goals. The session encouraged them to take ownership, make thoughtful decisions, and demonstrate integrity — all while having fun and building a stronger sense of identity as Spartans.
